Interesting aside...I downloaded the dll this afternoon just for laughs to see what the fuss was. Since I didn't want to dig around for an installer that would trigger the hook, I just left it in my download dir.

Just now, I decided to mess with Steam again after a long hiatus...guess what popped up when I ran SteamSetup.exe?
