I have started going back on Thursdays and Fridays with no plans to return full time ever. Many of the other developers have returned full time but no one is hassling me to come in to the office since it doesn't affect my work at all so I'll keep working from home for as long as they let me and if they ask me to come in full time I'll get a new job.

I can second this. That and building a homegym into our basement. Both result in a total extra 8h of free time per week which is crazy.

I moved in with my parents for WFH, and apart from the time, I've saved so much money. No longer having to pay rent in itself made for a much bigger boost to my savings than any raise could've.
